My dog just got stung in the eye off some stinging nettles he keeps scratching it and cant open it properly any ideas what to do i have put cold water on it not sure it has helped.

Make up an eye bath of half pint cooled boiled water, half teaspoon of bicarb and half teaspoon of salt. Use one wipe and thro away. Wipe from inside of eye nearest nose to outside. You can also use this eye wash on humans.
