And I am proud of you for taking her round yourself. How many sedatives did you need? And how were the heart palpitations?

Seriously you will have to stop beating yourself up about your handling and just get out there and do it! You are better than you think, and you've got a bitch here who should be out there every time and Ken is wasting away at home ... get him out there too!
