Stockton held its first handicap for 2005. it was clear that Porky was showing a bit of ring rust,as the Shildon lads showed Porky how to win a time handicap.

Ooh - i'm from billingham and have a non ped whippet.

He's 18months old and never seen a track in his life, but he does run everyday - do you think he could try racing? or do you just have practise sessions he could attend?

Where is the club? i've been looking for something in the area for ages but never heard mention of stockton club.

Stockton Whippet Racing Club meets at the Tilery Sports stadium off Norton Rd Every Wednesday Evening At 6.30. please call down and let your dog watch whats going on, if he showing any interest you could start by giving short slips after the lure, theres always somebody to offer advice.
