You may recall the thread I had up here about William Streeter who over a period of two days beat, kicked and hung his wife's golden retriever pup to it's death as part of his ongoing torture of her. (She has since left him.)

He was sentenced to 6months for this act and threatening to kill his wife back in July and had put in an appeal which was to take place today.

He withdrew his appeal.

Thank you to everyone that signed the petition. Over 3300 signatures were collected.

RIP wee Mac. xx

:( I wish i hadn't read this :(

What a despicable man, I hope he serves his full sentence and has a blooming rough time while he's in there

I also wish I hadn't read this ... however I am extremely pleased that he withdrew his appeal and that so many people signed the petition.

The only "positive" thing I can find to say in this sad, tragic and disgusting episode, is that the poor dog's suffering ended. Eventually.

I sincerely hope this man suffers in turn and I do believe what goes around, comes around and that what you dish out comes back to bite you. (so maybe I should not wish ill on him, but I'm afraid that I do).

Poor little Mac.

god im glad hes withdrawn his appeal the scum bag he should serve his time and more as far as im concerened nothing can bring poor mac back :(

:( How terrible, I have never heard of this story. So sad :(
