Hi, I dont know if i am posting in the right place or not but here goes. About 3 years ago I asked for help finding a Blue Whippet pup to be a companion for my beloved Bess. To which we found Rosie who has been a sweetie since day one. We loved her so much that we decided to have a litter of pups from her to keep one for ourselves as Bess has got to 12 and had a heart problem. We found her a mate through our vet, Rosie had tough time during labour, ending with her having a Section but producing 3 girls and 4 boys, she took to the pups like a duck to water, Bess was the proud Grandma.
We decided to keep two pups, and we have sold two so far. But my problem now has come with the three remaining, we have ad's in the paper, in the vets and the Pet shops and also on the Kennel club web site, but all we seem to be getting are time wasters, two recent excuss are that the Fawn bitch doesn't pick her ears up and that she wont mix with the owners other dog, to the fact that they wont fit in.
And add to this Bess died a three weeks ago, thank god we had the pup's and Rosie to care for.
Can anybody suggest anywhere else I could try, We look like we will end up with 6 dogs, but I'd rather that than they go to bad homes!
I'd like to point out that we didn't do it to profit out of this, we did it because of the love of the breed and our own dog.
