Ian, you don't need to reduce the picture size that much, just the file size :thumbsup:

Well, as I understand it MS Paint is the way forward - reduce piccy size and saves as bitmap? Unfortunately bitmap loses definition badly, and jpeg format gets kb's right but with tiny image lol

I've done them before but I can't figure out what I did differently

erm ..... figured it out - I think! I seriously doubt it was worth the effort though
