One of my many geeky hobbies is Scrapbooking and Card Making, was just wondering if there were any other crafters out there who had started for the festive season already?

I started tonight, have had a bit of a mad session and so far have made 32 cards.

Yvonne, its no wonder you've finished all your xmas shopping already you are sat shopping on the net all day :- " Ha only messing!!

You wont laugh if you get given one of my super keen crafted cards, bet you'd feel real specail then lol

bben at the xmas knitting and sewing for a few weeks get to do 11 dog jumpers this years aswell as all the 2 leggers pressys plus my sisters and 1 of my lads and my oldest dauter (24 this years (w00t) )has a birthay before xmas. I am skint from now till mid january.

heres my torcher chamber :lol: the last time it was tidyed theres even more machine packed in there now I need a bigger room :lol:

the one think thats never got my imagination is card making do sewing, hand and machine knitting, indian beed work salt dough models and a bit of leather work but cards just never got the bug for it. ALexs does though so I get her to do mine. Child labour theres nothing like it :lol:

Same here at our house, gives her hours of things to do but mainly cards, as for chrimbo shopping she starts that January the first each year at the sales

They are wicked craft rooms!!! I dont have a craft room, mine has to go under my bed in my room, so takes me just as long to get out and put away my kit as it does to finish my project lol!

Glad i am not the only who's making a start!

Not done any whippet themed ones yet, but got a few ideas with lots of glitter whoo!

Haven't made a start on my cards yet, but I bought lots of Christmassy papers and embellishments in the summer sale while they were nice and cheap. Plus I still have loads left over from last years mammoth project

Generally I'm not into premature Christmas spirit :lol: , but when it comes to card-making I can make an exception I think!
