Beau likes the water. Had him out on a walk yesterday and he was so excited running around, he took a flying leap into a very cold lake :clown:  :clown: . Had to swim out. Only problem was he happened to be wearing his flash new coat at the time

Oh do you also have a picture of him with his new coat ? I'm just curious to see a picture of the coat !

We've got swimmers. In fact some swim even better than the springer, and they fetch the dummy and bring it back to hand. The springer gets furious! Others will only stand and watch, and then try to stop the swimmers getting back out. This all involves a lot of splashing etc., but it's good fun.

He looked so funny when he landed in the water, such a big splash. He didn't hang around in the water for long, swam out and then continued on with running around like a madman..... was having a ball  Wish I had the camera with me

That is a gorgeous coat where did you get it from if you don't mind me asking he looks very handsome

Sid loves the water but hasn't yet mastered how to swim  - I thought all dogs could swim naturally. It can be frightening at times as he jumped in the river after the swans last week and they can be dangerous and drown dogs with their wings. Luckily he didn't catch them but my heart was in my mouth.
