Does anyone know whether dogs can catch swine flu?

Our Benji (Jack Russell/Beagle) - send some pics soon - he's gorgeous; wasn't too good about 2 weeks ago with 'squits' and a bit of vomiting.

Had a bit of a temperature and lethargy and went off his food. (didn't eat for about 2 days).

Went to the vets - he seemed OK and was told to keep an eye on him.

He's finally getting better now; but we are a bit poorly with all of the symptoms of that 'bug thing' that's going around??!!

We are in a big house and have put ourselves in isolation (just in case).

Can anyone advise?

:) :)

Thanks for any help.

John

Yes we know that; that is what we do.

We spray all the door knobs and surfaces; we are very particular about hygiene - we both cook.

We wash our hands until ................

My wife is a home help and used to be a nursery assistant and has had certificates re hygiene.

Cheers

I don't think you are taking me seriously.

:D

Hope you don't catch anything from this reply!!!! :)

Anyway - OH is feeling better now, I'm still feeling a bit squiffy, and little Benji is 'fit as a butcher's dog' now.

By the way, is the best way to do piccies through Photobucket?

Cheers

John

Glad your household is recovering! :) Yep, I always use photobucket to post pictures here, good luck ;)
