Just a quick message to end all the GOSSIP about The Lancashire PWRC closing down due to an alledged major fall out between myself & our secretary Mark Roberts [SIZE=21pt]What a load or rubbish[/SIZE] :lol: :lol:

Sorry to dissapoint anyone but myself & Mark have been mates for close on 20 years well before most of you got involved in racing whippets & im sure nothing will change in the next 20 years. :cheers:

Good rumours i only found out about this one this morning when i phoned mark for our daily chat & he informed me that talk had it we have had a major bust up & our club was folding :lol: :lol:

Not heard this one either but then I've hardly ever heard about the rumours that are supposedly going round.

Talking generally here, not about this particular one necessarily, but I am always quite amused by posts refuting rumours. Usually, hardly anyone even knew there was a rumour until the people refuting it tell them about it. So was there ever really a rumour in the first place? And who is really the rumour monger?

I think most of the time people hear that one or two people have said something about them and then they just imagine it must be a wide spread rumour so they go round saying "its not true, its not true" and then that makes it a rumour. I reckon most rumours are really just rumours that there was a rumour. Just human nature at work I guess :lol:

So don't worry about it Jeff & Mark, I'm sure it doesn't really matter anyway :thumbsup:
