It is with great pleasure that following todays official meeting of " The Scottish Pedigree Whippet Racing Club " at Kippen Hall, Stirlingshire. That the Club ( which is the Oldest Pedigree Whippet Racing Club in Scotland ) has been offered 2 new fields to race in from the start of next Season and it was voted that we accept them and to open the Club back up from today.

On a more serious note it has come to our attention from members that another person has been advertisning that there is another meeting arranged for Oct 7th at Inch Farm in Kincardine. And that the Agenda set for this is -

" 1. / To close down the Club. "

" 2. / To sell the assets of the Club. "

This has nothing to do with the Comittee of the Scottish pedigree Whippet Racing Club and as such we are just wanting to make everyone aware of this fact. And that the Club is very much alive and well.

On a brighter note we are ALL looking forward to the start of next Season and to getting back to doing what we all love best, racing our lovely whippets and encouraging and training others to do the same.

The official meeting today was attended by the MAJORITY of the Scottish Pedigree Whippet Racing Club comittee ( with only the Secretary being absent ) and paid up members.

As for your character assasination of me saying that i am a theif i can state now and for the last time that i do not have and NEVER have had at anytime had the Cup to which you refer. i think you will have to look at your records and find out who the person is that you gave it too.

And then i will expect an apology written on here.
