I got mine fom my local "Pets At Home" so worth a look there maybe.

BLACKWELLS OF Oxford - they have a website

WATERSTONES - they have a website

Both list copies plus AMAZON is listing copies new and used so don't know when you looked

Amazon is still out of stock apart from one expensive used copy from the States.

The only place to try really is bookshops that have a copies on their shelves.

I also got mine at pets at home. Sometimes your local newsagent can get you a copy through their contacts.
