Accidentally posted in 'Whippets' yesterday that the Zoomster has been packing his spotted hanky for CRUFTS!!!!!!! It was minus four outside this morning so he's not leaving yet thank goodness!

Who else is going in March???

We"re going so will be great to meet up with other k9ers there where a few there last year going off the pics from last year.

(w00t) Isn't that spooky - the schedule arrived in the post today!! (w00t)

I usually go for at least one day - twice if anyone passes on their handler's ticket :- "

I can never make my mind up when to go either

should I go when its quieter, cleaner and everything is in stock (thursday)?

should I go on IG day to watch the showing?

what about watching the whippets? but its difficult to get a good look at JR whippet rescue stall on whippet day :(

so, guess I'll try to go iggie day cos I want to see Zoomie :)

oh yeah, guess I'll go hound day too, cos I wanna see the whippeys :D

better do some double-bubble Sunday overtime

any tips etc would be very handy! provided dante has what it takes and gets his junior warrant by the end of december '06, we might be showing him there 2007..

ooooh, i bet you cant wait!

I got a few:

1. take your own food (nec ain't great at catering)

2. take a small folding chair (sitting on edge of bench makes for sore cheeks)

3. take a trolley/cart (essential for loading purchases on)

4. take a list of your dogs neck size, body length, shoulder height etc (avoids frustrating or expensive mistakes)

5. take loads of cash (self explanitory)

good luck :luck:

AND don't forget your credit card in case the cash runs out! (w00t) :- "

I think i'm there on the Fri as have put Gucci's name down again for Discover Dogs, i'm surprised sales of IG's hasn't hit the roof after her star studded appearance last year :- " :- " :teehee: o:) (think she put most people off actually, as she was rather erm... hyper alot of the time   )

She is on a strict diet til then anyway, she has rather 'filled out' recently and has attractive love handles at the mo :b

I usually aim to spend up to about £300 at Crufts or I dont feel fulfilled :- "
