I've been worrying all night about this and just dont

know what to do. I know something i dont want to :(

At their work someone is in serious trouble and they dont

know they have been found out. Their big boss is coming

down this week and i should imagine the sack is the only

outcome. I know when its going to happen as well.

Now do i warn the person........they are not a strong type

of person and are going to be devastated. In fact i hate to

think what they are going to do when it all comes out. I am

in fact really worried how they are going to cope.

Will it help if they know from a friend first?

I will be in the shite if it comes out i warned this person but

im a tough old bird and can handle it. They cant.

What should i do, what should i do.........

can you afford to loose your job if the boss finds out you told them? thats the only question you need to consider.

if you really want to warn them can you not leave a note ? without your name on of course ? as mark says , is it really worth your job too .

does this person deserve to get the sack , if so then you should stop worrying too much as it is there own fault :( if it was a mistake then thats different and sad but if they are in trouble because of something they have done on purpose , well on there head be it :(

Agree with Mark and Sharon. There are employment laws to protect them if it is not justified, if it is justified then it is their responsibility and not yours.

You warning her will probably make no difference to the outcome, but will prolong the agony for her - how about just making yourself there for her when the big boss has been.

Horrible situation for you Ann - but I think warning her will make her go potty on the lead up to boss arriving, unless you genuinly think it will help the situation

lots of luck with whatever you decide :huggles: :luck: :luck:

I agree with the above, this person must know they have been breaking regulations and it is their responsibility to deal with the outcome not yours.

Must be horrible for you knowing what's going to happen and wanting to help them but I would just be around after the event and be supportive then without letting on you knew it was coming. :luck:

I think Clair's got this one right, Ann

Be there for her when the deed is done .......... also there may be a slim chance that she will keep her job in which case your warning wouldn't be needed?

Good luck, hun :luck: :luck: :huggles:

You know that expression, 'Don't shoot the messenger'? Well, I wouldn't be the messenger, because somehow you'll end up getting the blame from the one person you are trying to help. Your intentions are good and commendable, but in this situation I wouldn't intervene. It'll backfire on you.

Hope this all gets resolved to everyones best interest :huggles:
