My wife has gone down to Barnstable to see her cousin for a few days so I thought I would let the girls sleep on the bed. I went and cleaned my teeth and when I got back to the bedroom both were under the quilt, Milly at the bottom Poppy at the top with her head on the pillar. I tried to get in, Poppy would'nt move so I had to push her out of the way and Milly was grunting because I had disturbed her. What a night, one minute they where ok then they would come from under the quilt gasping for breath and walk over me then they would shove their noses at me to get back under again. Then I wake up this morning with Poppy snuggled up to my neck with one of her legs over my chest. I looked in the mirror and had bags under my eyes that big I could have put the weeks shopping in plus nail marks over me where they had been pushing me to move. I am still having them upstairs again tho

LOL!!! Need some pics

if one of us leaves bedroom doors open in the morning the bed is full of spiky whippets and even spikier siamese cats in no time :clown:

     (w00t) :teehee:

Sounds sooooooooooo familiar!!!

PMSL  What I can't understand is why, if she is under the duvet she has to sleep with her legs (and claws) towards me, whereas if she is on top of the duvet (when she gets too hot) she can curl up with her back against me. On second thoughts I do know why - it is so she can push against me to get up and down the bed  What a good thing I love her

LOL, that all brought back memories of when I let ours sleep with me when my husband was on nights.

I have never been so uncomfortable in my life!!! (Well, not since our son was a toddler and he used to thrash about in his sleep if he got in with us cos he'd had a bad dream or whatever his excuse was).

And why is it, whippets can't fold their legs down when they are in your bed? "You'll have to move, Mum, my legs won't fold up".

only three in a bed (w00t) light weight :- try having 5 in the bed (w00t)

PMSL!!! thats like every night in our bed (w00t) (w00t) I especially love it when they are under the covers, get too hot and start panting but DONT MOVE!! and then you think they are going to suffocate so you have to gently slide them up the bed, must be mad ;) ;)

It's like that every night in my house! And Tiny always ends up with most of the bed and all of the duvet! :)

Crikey , dont tell him that !! (w00t) Hed have more whippets tomorrow if it wasnt for Pauline ,his long suffering wife ;)

Glad my girls are living in the lap of luxury John ;) but you want to be grateful they are nice small girlies , not big boys like Montee , now he DOES take up all the bed
