What dreadful news has come out this morning. A three week old baby was killed during the night by what is described as a 'small terrier'.
My heart goes out to the family who have paid such a high price, no matter who was responsible for the dog that caused the death. This is a dog owner's worst nightmare, that their dog should harm anybody, let alone a helpless child.
