Just to let everyone know that there will be two extra trophies to be run for

at the JAN KEEBLE open, kindly sponsored by Jan & Peter Keeble.

There will be a 40lb veteran trophy, and a No Limit veteran trophy,

We have had quite a lot of feed back from people further up the country

who have said that they are going to be attending this clubs week-end

event, some of you have already been before, and for those of you who will be coming down for the first time you will be made to feel most welcome

and we hope to put on a great week-ends racing for you.

There will be a disco on Saturday evening, and on Sunday a darts match

will be arranged along with a quiz, hopefully the weather will be kind to us

so we can all have a great time.

Can not wait for next weekend south coast scratch on sat and the Jan keelbe gold cup which Peter and Jan keelbe have donated a four figure sum for this advent the new gold cup is massive it was purchasd in south africa ( cape town ) thay have got lots of goodies to give away thay have aquired the services of Johnan Hobbs the sky 854 greyhound commentator to give the trophes and added run moneys Peter my boss and his wife have pulled out all the stops for this advent also a top greyhound photographer for action shots all class winners will get a A4 photo of there whippet IF THIS SOUNDS GOOD COME ALONG AND BE PART OF IT THURROCK WILL BE PLEASED TO SEE YOU ALL REGS STEVE WILLIAMS

Last day at work today for 10days, (bliss ), looking forward to the week end racing at Thurrock, don't care what the weathers like, just intend to chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet, hope to see lots of you there

NOW THATS A CUP PETER PURCHASED THE CUP IN CAPE TOWN 2 MONTHS AGO ITS HAD PRIDE AND PLACE IN ONE OF HIS OFFICES ROLL ON SUNDAY IT WILL BE A GREAT DAY

First time out for six weeks taking the caravan just to watch with my lovely grandson Alex running Eversley Lad for me, I would like to thank all club members, Jan and Peter for their magnifiance effort on behalf of the club I am sure the racing will be first class the track I have heard is most impressionable and Saturday night should be a great evening, thanks to Pat Styate for all her hard work you deserve it to be a great success Pat see you tomorrow
