Hello, im new to the forum and i have a 8 year old puppy, whilst grooming her yesterday i found a tiny lump with a black bit in, today i looked and it looks as if it has got deeper into the skin could this a ticks head?

without seeing it i not say but check online for tick pics then get a magnifying glass and check...
