just like to say what a cracking weekend we had at monmouth.

tigger won the over 23 straight racing on both days, lara ran well in the puppy race. bit of a photo finish.

wouldnt like to have made the call on that one. beau our new under 23 won the fastest time on the 100 yard

open dash and then the under 23 straight racing on sunday.tigger came first in the over 26 smooth bitch in the showing and lara second in the puppy class. it was great to see china win the unders straight racing on saturday and to see slip run on chase the bunny.

but i think the greatest thing of the weekend was to see sue and gary's phebe get through to the semi finals in the coursing

considering she has never chased a lure before. brilliant

so a big well done to all. it was lovely to meet sue , gary and jade and to meet up with john , sarah and the kids again.

you are all lovely people. looking forward to the next show when we can all meet up again

hi tish, there wasn't supposed to be any racing on sunday, but they decided to put some on at the end as there were a lot of dogs there that wanted to have a run. thanks for your coments :clown:

Well done Tigger - fantastic run!

And it was good to see you all enjoying the sun on Sunday - am thinking I should have kept walking across as you were taking that group pic - then you could have had the rough in the background with your smoothies?? They are all stunning and it was lovely to see Slip running around after hearing so much about her. I'm going to get a pic of rowan with his trophies later to post on here - I'm so proud of him he is a hero! This was only his 3rd go at coursing and 2nd go at hurdles! :b

Hopefully next time can stop over and enjoy a few beers with you.
