Just got back from the vets, Tigger ( Nch.Southern Scott) had 11 teeth out along with an op on a burst vein on his leg, He looks real sorry for himself, if only he knew he has to go back in a month for the other side of his mouth to be done.The vet only did one side as he had been under for so long. Cost a fortune but he has earned it. Jade was crying when she heard he had so much done, the big softee. He only went in for the op on the vein, then the vet does the teeth, and we have to go back again ? I bet vets dont need to do the lottery.

aww poor lad. zak had to get 21 teeth out last year but he was fine so im sure tig will be too.xxx

Poor Tig hope hes feeling better soon, doesn't matter what you take them to the vets for the always seem to want to extract teeth too!!!! Same happened with mums old dog last year :angry:

Silly thing is his teeth were solid he still chewed bones let you pick him up holding onto a rope tugged and bit everything, the only reason he went to the vets was cos he nicked a lil wart he's had on his knuckle for years thats never caused a problem whilst walking on saturday with the others and we couldnt get it to stop bleeding, i dont believe he needed all of them taken out think the vets are money grabbing scum bags, but what stressed me out more was the fact they didnt let us know they were doing it until after they had finished the op. Poor Tig is sooooo drugged up he doesnt know what day it is yet, cant imagine he's guna have much fun when he does!!

And yes i cried like a baby for no real reason but Tig's been under far too many times and i dread it every single time so them hacking his lil mouth apart without me knowing was a little more than i had prepared myself for.

Hope he feels better soon ..bramble had alot of dental work done last year ..she lost a lot of teeth ..wasn't that they where bad she just had bad gum disease..
