Tiny had a load of bloodwork done last week - he is very tired. Got his blood work back today.
His urea is 9.1 (should be 2.5-6.7), his liver ALT is 65 and should be less than 60 and his creatine is 157 (should be up to 150) - the vet is okay with those levels.
But - his thyroid T4 is 7.2 (should be 18-58) but I've read somewhere that greyhounds have much lower levels of T4. My vet thinks he has an underactive thyroid and I tend to agree, but I was just wondering if any knowledgable person on here knows whether 7.2 is really low or is it okay for greyhounds???
Thanks
