Well, I don't want to depress you all, but today is midsummer's day, and the nights will start drawing in now!! :lol: I know, summer hasn't properly started yet has it?

There were a couple of spots of rain, but not enough to make a shower, and it was very warm, so we were lucky with the weather. We ran in three groups, Light, Middle and Heavyweights.

After the presentation we had birthday cake, bought for little old me My 50th birthday has been the best one ever, and to think I was dreading it :lol:

It goes without saying that the usuals retired to the pub afterwards to mull over the days racing amongst other things. It was great to be back with you all.

PS Judy I was thinking of you as I was partaking of a strawberry beer at 7pm

Gill's boy is fine Julie, it's Gill's leg that was the problem :lol: Ooops not laughing at Gill, just Julie's mistake :lol:
