Right you lotts very qiuet on here so you can all get typing and give me some adive. What sort of thing should i be doing with lacey over winter should i rest her completly road walk her and what about her weight is she ok to put a bit on now as long as its off again for next year. give theis newbe some help pritty pritty please

what we tend to do is enter the dogs in the handicap over the winter and we don,t bother abut checking weight i like to put a bit of weight on mine cause they,re in the kennel.

keeping them in the handicap helps the cluband also keeps the dogs fit, you don,t have to run them every week you can miss a week if you want but the dog won,t like it lol. :cheers:

i will be club racing as well over the winter weather permitting,it keeps the dod fit and helps the club too

we still have racing on a A&T miner she carnt go chacing rabbits cos of her bad leg so it looks like we will carry on as usual with her over the winter just were biggers coats when we stand about watching her
