Travellers Bend Open

Thanks to Joe for a great track as usual :D Thanks to the people who travelled from Scotland & the south :D Well done to all the winners. Some great racing but terrible weather :( it even snowed at one point!!!!!! Sorry there was only 26 dogs but maybe we can get our opens sorted for when there is nothing else on :- " Some hope lol

Horden WRC is hard pushed to find a saturday free in the calender (w00t) let alone a sunday!!! Think its because it was an additional open & these are bread & butter for the small clubs

Well done all the winners ...what a good time on deneside belle

how many points bend opens do we get up north :- " if we had a few more it would not be as far for the scotish racers even then they travel miles :(

there was one booked for wheatley hill and it ended up at portsmouth ????????

soz ruby murray i copied the programme.

@ jasper it wudnt have made any difference if it had been on a sun it was an additional and theres the fed straight superleague tommoro. imo its coz it was an additional. cant understand why there wud b more there on a sun after all we have loads of straight opens on sats and they get good turn outs.

lets just hope the uk scratch gets a good turn out. i think easington dont have sundays as the greyhounds race on a sun nite.
