Maybe I am being a little Naive but does your house have wheels on it ?oh-always positive!lol
why?
What is the difference twixt the two ?Nowp....but we have a Hobby caravan for sale if your interested-just put the sign up today. Are we talking REAL travellers or Contractors?
2 different species.....
Dont forget Freddie Starr !10-11 caravans recently left the field where we train our whippets-some pictured*
After they had gone we found a terrible mess! not at all positive :x
Over flowing bin bags, dirty nappies, an entire wagon load of felled trees- etc etc.....
Now It may not have been them that left the mess-It could well have been someone else-Mmmmmm.
On a positive note-We know some 'true' travellers-salt of the earth types-and you can't knock David Essex and Joe Longthorne -Lol 8)
They tend to appear here every year, and leave nothing but disgusting waste - human faeces, spent nappies, rubbish sacks by the lorry load, and our council (and us, as tax payers) pay to have it all cleared up after them.
I wouldn't mind if they were clean & put their crap in a bin, but no, they leave it on purpose as if to leave a statement.Saw a classic example of this at Shepton Mallet They told some poor woman that if she didnt like it to put it in the bin herself . Very ashamed of myself on this occasion ,as I said nothing ! felt after that I should have .
Plus, our local crime goes up, with all the thieving etc - course, you can't blame it on them as they just happen to be in the area.
Make me heave, the filthy sponging b'stards.
Check out their tax discs on their transits - and the law move 'em on, and don't take any action because they're frightened of all the 'rights' etc.
