Hi there,

At the moment i have 2 dogs, a 2 year old male King charles and a 1 year old female (neutered) King charles/chihuahua cross, we first got the king charles when he was 10 weeks old and the king charles cross when she was 9 weeks old. They get on great and adore each other, always, well mostly playing together (the younger one plays him up sometimes, lol) but they are fab. Now, my partners favourite breed is the chinese crested and we have the opportunity to adopt a 6 month old pup. Him being the sensible one, is a bit apprehensive in case it ruins the mojo we have with the 2 dogs we have at the moment and has said as much as it pains him, its probably for the best if we don't however i just wanted to ask has anyone introduced a third dog with 2 dogs they already have and if so, how did it work out? We would love to have this dog but at the same time do not want the other 2 to feel like they are having their noses pushed out of place or potentially be throwing a spanner into the works. Any answers/feedback is greatly appreciated.

I don't think anyone can accurately tell you the outcome as all dogs have different personalities, so you won't know unless you try it. Is there any way you could 'borrow' the pup for a few hours to see how they all get on?
