Ive spoken to Vin Angell and Pete Steinlet who were long standing members and part of the original NWRF committee regarding this issue and whatever a dog weighed be it 14 or 15 lbs it ran off its weight in the upto 20lb class and at champs in the upto 17lb class and received the appropriate yardage (there is no minimum weight limit)
The NNWRF committee discussed this issue yesterday and agreed it will be run as above, HOWEVER we do have 2 new additional opens in our calendar being the NNWRF/HIGHGATE LEDGER (bend) 22nd March nd THE JUNE STEELE MEMORIAL (straight) 14th June both these events are being run on a different format from the norm and we will put on a seperate class for the under 16lbs at both these events (if there are enough to make up a race) at HIGHGATE there will be a 100yd scratch and similar at the JUNE STEELE MEMORIAL (devon)
