Well done all the winners. I wasn't there but sounds like a great day well done the n.n.w.r.f committe keep up the good work.

I am sure that everyone at the bend derby would like to thank Linda Broom for the fantastic array of trophies that she willingly sponsored for this event, a very kind thing to do.

Also i would like to thank Owen Shaw trophies from Winlaton for supplying such good trophies at a very reasonable charge.

Although none of my dogs run the bends i really enjoyed the day and it was a pleasure to see such good dogs, and good races in an excellent atmosphere of sportsmanship.

Well done to all of the workers who made it an excellent event.

A good day out for me, apart from the lure driver making me chase the lure to cover it!!! "faster than the dogs i was", seriously a nice day racing.

Lol Ash we saw you running after that lure, couldn't be missed in that bright coloured outfit all done up like the Michellin Man (sp) :- " .

Just to let you know Geoff, Blaze is hopefully getting back on track. She seemed OK after the racing on Sunday except that she was doing the smelliest "bottom burps" you have ever known and was crying all the way home.

Anyway, took her out for her normal exercise on Monday morning and BAM lame on one back leg, treated it though I couldn't find anything wrong no matter where I touched, stretched, poked or prodded and took her out Tuesday morning, the leg was fine all over again but later that day and well she goes lame on the other back leg - screaming out this time so out came the frozen peas and the green oils and Blaze laid on the floor with her legs up on a cushion to stop her from crying. Out we go this morning (after she spent a portion of it racing up and down stairs and jumping on and off the bed) and there's not even the slightest hint of lameness. Needless to say however she is back to the Physio ASAP (so much for my saying she was coming to Warwick in PWO :- " ).

Today is also the first day that she is able to eat since Sunday, we have a feeling that the unexplained weight gain (and the very bad gas) had something to do with upset insides, sorted that with a good dose of Chilli, Garlic and Spring Onion thought !!! :b She has some boiled carrot and onion last night and is doing "healthy ones" now.

What a time we've had over the last few days eh !!!

Glad to hear you've got her sorted fleesh'fingers crossed she'll be alright for the championships

Hey i may have looked a nobba, but i was warm as you like lol. All the best 4 the championships..

john the time was 16.03 but not sure about the distance of warwick track
