Just seen the rememberance service from the Cenotaph today. I thought it was touching on Sunday but today has had me in tears. Watching those 3 old soldiers at over 100 years of age placing wreaths and remembering their comrades who fell and hearing the letters and diaries wriiten by soldiers on the front was so moving. We owe them all such a lot....

I was in our local town today and we all stopped to observe the minute's silence. The bugle played the Last Post.....all very moving.

I was in tears as well. It was the faces on the old soldiers, you could just see them re-living all the horrific things they went through and remembering all the friends they had lost. Very moving.
