Weird nipple like lump on my dogs face

ok so my dog is like 8 or 9 and a staffie I just noticed he has a lump on his cheek and it looks like a small thin nipple. I noticed one on his belly a few months ago but I just thought it was an extra nipple and it was always there and I hadn’t noticed it but now I’m not sure and he gets worried when I try and look at him because I never do and he doesn’t know why I’m staring. I feel so bad it doesn’t seem to be causing him any pain but it’s just appeared today

So I feel like it could be an ingrown hair

I've looked at both photos - neither one resembles any ingrown hair i've ever seen!

The pink one is more worrying, but either one could be a skin cancer, a mole [caused by a communicable virus], or some other dermal something.
See a vet, & get a Dx - then U'll know if it's something to be concerned about, if it can be ignored, if it needs to come off, or if it just needs monitoring [color changes, growth, TEXTURE changes, etc].
It might be urgent, it might be minor - but U won't know till U get an in-person exam from a DVM.

Go to your vet and have blood tests done then they can understand what this is.
