Just got a message to say that racing tonight is cancelled due to the winds, the management say it's too dangerous to race.

Please pass word round to stop people travelling over. :thumbsup:

Racing next week as normal. :thumbsup:

its cos of the wagon thats blown over.we saw it on the m6 today,as we were driving up to chorley but the junctions 32 to 33 were already closed then.this was just past the wigan junction going towards preston(cant remember the juntion numbers but theyd closed them all off anyway,weve had to detour through ormskirk.

I missed an A Level Exam this afternoon due to the weather :rant:

A1 closed and all traffic bypassed to Doncaster, except that Doncaster was closed about 2 miles before the racecourse and there were massive detours

Busses delayed out of Worksop due to the weather and busses delayed at Doncaster due to the traffic :rant:

Louise at the track has said the fencing at the far side of the track has blown down leaving a 40' drop at the other side. Just as well for George and I'll be Back's sake we didn't run (w00t) :lol:
