when and where is the show?
the show is on saturday 3rd november at morton hall newmilns ayrshire ka 16 9dg. This is the same place as the champ show we had in june. we have extended the closing date to 20th october due to the strike. If anyone has any queries with regards their entry the can contact either of us.

We look forward to seeing everyone there.

well I'm glad I asked as the date COULD suit me -- only there is also an Irish whippet show in Dublin on Sun 4 Nov (part of an all-breed open show)

is the Ayrshire show held as part of a larger show?

if you've held limited whippet shows in Scotland before, what sort of numbers have entered?

This is a limited show which has been going for a number of years. Entries are quite high due to this being the only scottish whippet showing club. We do not run back to back with any other venue but our champ show in june is very popular with the irish and we have a great entry from them. Our judge this year is Peter Hinchcliffe who's partner judged the Northern Ireland Champ show at the end of last month. I hope this helps in your decision and if you require anymore answers please feel free to ask Maggie or myself

Though I'd bump this up instead of starting a new topic.

We're going on Saturday with Ruby... :) and we just wondered if any K9ers are going?

Hope you had a good day Fiona and Ruby loved those Zoomie wiggles and sends back a few nosey snokes (sniffy-pokes) to Zoomie! Robyn won reserve in Junior handlers and she and Ruby won a lovely trophy today for Special under 25lb racing dog (dont' ask how many were in the class we'll just say the best dog won on the day! ;) ).

Will check if I have the correct result tomorrow and post them unless some-one else has them.
