Just now glanced (w00t) through [febuary] last months whippet news,on RACERS WRITE PAGE saw and article from a newcomer to WHIPPET RACING on starting a racers advice page.Anyone interested in stepping forward and starting this page.

Why not contact the Whippet Club and see if they have any articles which were written by the people who started whippet racing as we know it today and see if they would permit a reprint in the Whippet News? For years ago, there used to be really interesting, informative articles in the Whippet Club magazine and the mag that Hilda published in the 80's.

There is always a but... isn't there?!! Aren't sensible people wary of putting anything into print which can later be held against them in a court of law (litigation?).

But good hunting, I think it is a very useful exercise, as I was given some very suspect steers when I started!!!
