Hi there

I'm trying to find a whippet or greyhound cross or any similar dog to offer a home to. I'm from Dudley in the West Midlands. I'd like a dog (or bitch of course) from1 to 2 years maybe, but I'm flexible. Just want a loved house dog really.

Did you see the thread in general whippets about Max wanting a home?? He's 10 months old (whhippet) and might be just what you want. He's gorgeous!!!

What a lovely message to see, another forever home for a sighthound. Would suggest Perry Barr (Solihull) greyhound trust http://www.rgtperrybarr.co.uk and Greyhound rescue west of England www.grwe.co.uk.

I have 2 retired racers and the help and support I received from GRWE was fantastic. They also have whippet/lurchers and sighthound crosses at GRWE

Best of luck funding a lovely dog

Thank you,

Have to say that this is one of the nicest, friendliest, useful and downright pleasant forums I've ever encountered. My thanks to the moderators and to all you wonderful people that have replied to my requests, bless you all. We have a number of whippet offers as options now, it's just the difficult task of who to choose and who to not choose.

Next up buying all the 'things' to go with the new addition(s) to the family....

Love and stuff
