hello everyone i'm a new member my names dee! i own a italian greyhoundxwhippet bitch red/black 15 weeks old. I'm looking for a companion for her pref a male this time rather whippet or iggy or mix. don't mind a bitch! if anyone knows of a whippet or ig that needs a good home please feel free to contact me. I train dogs and am a canine nutritionist. I don't mind travelling but not to far in hampshire/west sussex area is fine. I'm based in portsmouth. pref aged between 4 months- 2 years. thanks guys dee x

Hi Dee, where did you get your little girl from? My wee boy Louie is IG x whippet (15 weeks old) and the little girl in the litter he's from was red/black. We travelled to Wales for him 7 weeks ago ......

I just realised how young your pup is. Maybe you should wait a while before getting the companion?

anyway, a couple of other sites to look at are http://www.lurcherlink.org/ -- often whippets and small lurchers are listed and http://thewhippetforum.com which has sections for dogs looking for homes and homes offered (something k9 could do with)
