Locally there is a whippet up for rescue, and at the moment that is pretty much as much as I know. I currently have a first cross beddie/whippet, and am looking for a second hound to compliment him.
I have no experince of whippets, other than looking at them at coursing events and game fairs etc, and have always had a soft spot for them. So what would I expect from one as a pet, what are their traits and needs that may differ from my current hound? Any comments welcome. I will probably enquire about him but any feedback would be appreciated.
