We are in Devon and looking for a whippet as a pet. We have a large garden backing on to woods and four (relatively sensible) children.

We are very much dog lovers and expect treat our animals very much as part of the family. We have not had a Whippet before but over the last 20 years have had Dobermans, a Lurcher(rescue) Great Dane and a Show Greyhound. Sadly we have no other pets at the moment apart from two guinea pigs.

Would be prepared to travel if necessary.

Any advice at all or recommended breeders appreciated.
