You're nearest club is Stanborough WRC which is in the Welwyn Garden City/St Albans/Hatfield region - they have a website under clubs and societies, which although not maintained has probably got contact numbers.
They are closed at the moment but will be re-opening in April I think.

There is also the Phoenix club at St. Albans. They run a mixture of graded and weight group racing, and are running every weekend up to the beginning of April. This is a very good club for new racers and young dogs, with plenty of opportunity for trialing and introducing dogs to traps and running with other dogs.
