just about all the dogs are sighthounds, of course, but a number of the needy dogs listed by Greyhound gap are whippet crosses

GAP have recently taken in seven whippets from one home, ranging from about 3 months to four years old - Mum, Dad and offspring from two litters I think. They aren't officially up for rehoming yet, but I think there are potential homes lined up for some of them. Not sure if this link will work, but there are pictures here:

They also took in a stunning black & white whippet x boy about 9 months old today (looks pretty much all whippet but perhaps a bit taller).

Greyhound Gap currently list several whippet-type dogs among their dogs needing homes. I think Snoopy has been adopted? For those who really want a classic whippet look, how about Rudy: http://greyhoundgap.proboards.com/index.cg...mp;thread=60495

I think he will be snapped up, though he is 6 years old. Is said to be cat-friendly and gentle. Handsome looking, silver-fawn brindle. Is in Stoke on Trent.
