i brought a ipod nano off tazbar today and i specifically asked and was told it was genuine however it arrived today i it is a fake! i have been in touch with trading standards and they have had the details and they said i am entitled to my money back because of the trade of goods act 1979 as the goods were incorrectly described so i have contacted the seller. He says it was imported from china and his supplier said it was raly just with slightly different software and he said he has never actually seen a ipod before other than in picture
anyway he said he will refund the money but ive got to send him the `ipod` back first but i want the money first. do you know who should send first? because if i send he could keep the money and the `ipod` but i guess hes thinking the same what do i do?
