OK folks, every day I come to the site to see what new is posted and what I see day after day after day are, up to today, almost 200 comments on the thread 'message for Cartman' and an astounding more than 86,000 hits on this thread. Everything else has a dismal 4 comments and 45 hits, so please, please tell me what gives??

To be perfectly honest, having watched this thread grow like an omniverous weed, I have to confess I now have neither the time nor patience to wade through those comments and figure out the Cartman mystique. I am frankly gutfounded that there are sufficient people out there to have hit this thread more than 86,000 times and my question therefore is simplle: Who is Cartman and what his his allure? Wyy is it so compelling that everyone wants to particiate in the message to Cartman thread? Is Cartman an OZ politician? Or just the sort of person people in Oz would prefer to have as a politician instead of those currently elected and in office? Enquiring minds want to know!!!

86,000 of these were Cartman boosting the interest

I do apologize for the misspellings that were in my original post. I have only started to wear reading glasses (after eye surgery) and I wasn't wearing them when I posted. Hence I added an l to Cartman in the subject and had misplaced letters in the rest of the post.

No one has answered my question yet though and this enquiring mind still wants to know!!!

Troble is now Lanny you have started another topic about the boy, ho hum :D

Have you ever seen those blogs on the net about just nothing, got up, ate toast, went to the loo, brushed hair, feel sad today. Madness

Its not so much HIS appeal its our noseyness and an overwhelming desire to add to something that has already been posted :- "

I guess Cartman would be embarrassed by his ordinaryness (if Whippet people could ever be ordinary) if you met him but he seems like a nice bloke, bit off the wall but clever with words too. Just MO of course

My illusions are all shattered, ordinary, I always thought he was a 'babe magnet',
