who is comeing to the George Hartley Memorial Weekend, Lurcher & Terrier Show / Whippet Racing this weekend and are you camping. i like to be nosie and then it might help me put names to faces.

I'm coming! I may come in the caravan but I was wondering if anyone else was coming in a caravan as this would be our first time out in it and we ain't got a clue what to do with the awning!! The other thing is, is everyone bringing their dogs as we would have to if we camped and where will you keep your dogs when we're on the razzle?

People will think this is just a big p**s up Course we're all taking the dogs, we need them as an excuse for all sitting in the middle of a field :cheers:

We're in the trailer tent (how sad when we live 2 minutes away ) and my mate is camping with her dogs (they also live on the doorstep), then there's most of the gin pit lot camping / caravaning - we'll just cage our dogs & maybe cage them in the car when we're out but the blokes can keep checking them

There will definitely be others in caravans, we'll all give you a hand setting it up if you need it.

Yes , we're coming on the Friday night when Hannah (Strike Whippets ) finishes work . We don't know what time we'll get there though as were travelling from South Glos (approx 2 1/2 hrs drive ) .

Were camping in our new tent ,never been put up before so that will be interesting :wacko: .

Lets all hope that the weather will be good for us all as were both looking forward to the weekend so we can see how the other half does it !! :thumbsup: .

Let me give you a run-down ...

13th June 2004 - Conors Lass severs Lateral Ligament in toe whilst racing in Ayr ...

13th July 2004 - first runs after both having a month lay off and Moany Moany splits webbing to the point where it's just a massive hole between her toes and Connors Lass splits the side of her dew claw.

We would only have been running Blaze on account of Kerri having her toe off and having to take it easy with her but now Blaze can't run either ... I AM NEVER GOING TO RACE ON THE 13th OF ANY MONTH AGAIN !!!

After a lot of decision making and umming and arring ... SEE YOU ALL SUNDAY !!!

Kerri won't run with vetwrap over her dew claws and I don't want them to rip ... that calls for Sticky Tape - you know the opaque one not quite as sticky as normal tape ? :unsure: STICK THAT OVER HER DEW CLAWS SHE DOESN'T KNOW IT'S THERE :thumbsup:

As for Blaze ... does anyone have a plastic front I can borrow ... :unsure:

Hey and you can get the board measurements off me too Vicky ... will my board fit A&T Traps ?

Ahhh now i could tell you that if i knew the measurements!!!

I'll measure the traps later & posts tonight as they are slightly wider than most.
