I just wondered if anyone else has the same problems that I have when on K9? I often don't know who is who and which dog is which.

I know one or two others I have spoken to have the same problems!!

What about having our affixes, SORRY!! kennel names on each post, and when talking about our dogs, giving both show names and pet names for a while 'till we get into the swing of things - I know it would make my life a little easier!!

and last but definitely not least, my little headbanger - Sky, Raslee Solar Phantom.

Mum, who is now retired was saddled with the name of Piddlestick Phantom for Raslee, poor sod!! :oops:

We are fairly new to showing too!!

Her children : Mossbawnhill Turn up the Sun (Teazel) wee witch! (w00t)

Terichline Yarrow at Dorwest (Archie)

Charford Barnaby at Dorwest (Stanley) - Stanley doesn't get shown though!

My Dad has Meandi Dare to Dream (Louis) who is Mini's brother and so will be looking forward to his first shows early next month (should be fun!)

I also handle a couple of whippets for Rob Bailey so can sometimes be seen with them!

I won't be at Manchester, but will be at the Whippet Club of Wales Open show at the beginning of February :D

I am starting to put names and faces to some of you now!! I have been showing for just under 3 years, so I'm still fairly new. I don't get to a lot of Champ shows as I can't drive too far with my dodgy hip!! (Yep, old age!!) or I am too skint at the time the entries close (frequently!!) I am getting involved with rescue again, but have told them that I still intend to do plenty of showing - they said that is fine, just take the van then you can take all your dogs with you to the shows!!!! I can just see this at the champ shows..1 Lab. X. 1 Collie X. 3 whippets and at the moment 1 whippet X. (Looks like Mia will be joined by another 12 months old whippet X on Sunday.) Do you see any problem ???????????????????
