Will be at the vets again tomorrow swelling under eye

My collie dog 14 in may that has had epilus removed few times as a swelling the other side under her eye cheek she's eating but after her food looked little blood in bowl I'm due to collect tablets for my other dog tomorrow so hopefully I can take her in at same time
