I have two Jackapoos, half brother (Percy) and sister (Poppy) who will be 10 and 11 (respectively) this November so senior dogs but in perfect health. I have never kept dogs before and have had them for five years now.

They have had quite a sad little life up to now as they lost both their original owners to illness. The last one was 5 years ago who was my partner at the time and his late wife passed 4 years before him. I took the dogs on as I had been with them for 4 years already when their original dad died. I am now facing big changes in my life and am considering a bit of a nomadic life - having a few mobile homes around the country (UK) and living between them for several months each at a time.

Percy is a very playful, lovable (with me) but nervous dog with everyone else and especially other dogs. Poppy is quite sociable and just goes with the flow. Will this kind of lifestyle upset them too much? Should I just stay in one place to keep them settled?

Thank you

Of course every dog is different but if they have you and familiar routines and beds etc I dont see why they wouldnt adapt in fact they might enjoy the new adventures to be had at each of the homes..

Why not go for a holiday in a mobile home with them and see how they get on?
