Well you know we have been a wandering a bit - here are my favourite people hiding out under the cloud on top of Snowdon!

It's getting beyond a joke that we seem to have our own personal cloud that follows us about wherever we go

Perhaps we'd better keep away from the Worcester show and take the rain with us!! 8)

Hope to see you this week - do you think the rain will ever stop??

thanks,

I am new to this, what are non ped's? my dog, Sym, is a lurcher collie x, at least thats what we were told when we got him from the rescue centre, so what would he race against, not sure of his height , about 23"

jez

Hi Jez

Non peds are the non pedigree whippets - sounds like there might be an official race meeting on today.

Sym would race against other lurchers next Sunday as it is just a lurcher event. Someone will measure his height for you if you like as lurcher straight racing is split into under and over 23" (although the simulated coursing isn't).

When the club are trialling - like next Wed if the weather behaves  most dogs run up on there own and any breed is welcome - there is quite regularly a jack russell terrier running for fun (and fitness I suppose maybe should try that myself :- )

Look forward to bumping into you at Perdiswell

Spot on Sheona

Couldnt have put it better myself.

It was a weekend (Two day Open) of racing for Non Peds, and a very busy weekend.
