Well ive just got back from the vets, he gave me a packet, of worming tablets, or so i thought, he charged me £3 75, when i opened the packet, there was one tablet, so now im resting on the bed getting over the shock

have you tried the online pet pharmacies? much cheaper for any regular meds!
 
i paid £6.75 for each of the whippies last week....1 and a half tablets each :unsure: thats a whopping £4.50 per tablet(if my maths is any good :- " )

It does sound about right keith and if it's drontal+ it's good stuff :thumbsup: and much easier than doing a lot of tablets over a time period and every 3 months works out at £1.25 a month so not bad you're not from Yorkshire are you :- " however I've been looking on here because will 4 dogs it seems much cheaper to buy from here £1.73 each :thumbsup:

also try equine pharmacy direct, think they are even cheaper? do full range of horse dog and cat products, think it was in an earlier thread bout pet perscriptions and the fact that vets can no longer charge for a script? so any of you out there with pets on regular meds may find a large saving there?

Now Lesley what makes you think im from yorkshire you naughty girl, im a Lancashire lad i am, mind you ived lived in several different locations, even the USA, the wormer was, MILBEMAX.

try a large glass of medicinal brandy/whisky? told its good for shock!!! lol :cheers:

i could tell you a story bout that one and natural childbirth but as its teatime i dont want to be responsible for putting the folks off their teas! lets just say a small ice bag to sit on and a childs rubber ring can give great relief! lol! :- "
