Would a whippet x collie x beddie be any good for agility??

I think it might be a bit to active.. What do you think?

I have a whippet cross who does agility & another lurcher, possibly whippet X beddy who is just starting to compete so I'd say that would be a good cross for agility. Some of the collies are just too manic so I'd go for a lurcher anyday.

I also have a full beddy but we don't mention his agility career :clown:

Although most agility dogs are collies, there are some very good lurchers on the circuit at the moment. There is a whole agility league dedicated to them too.

Do you already compete & if so which club are you with if any?

We may meet at a show sometime, we go all over the place. This weekend we are at Cartmel in the Lake District at a show.

Good Luck with whichever dog you compete with.

Here is a pic of my Hebe in action. Have you any pics of yours?

Well Done to you & Red. He looks like a lovely boy

I have recently started an 8 week beginners agility course with Dolly (Whippet) and it is great fun.

One of the trainers has a lurcher (as well as collies) and it seems fast and keen, so I would think a whippet x collie x beddie should be good.
