Years ago i remember my dad buying a whippet for £7.00 with the intention of selling it on to someone that he knew wanted one - but before he got chance to let the chap know he'd got her i fell in love with her so we ended up keeping her :wub: a couple of weeks later dad had left some money out on the top of his wallet and she ate the money on the top and what was inside it so my name was mud for weeks cos if it wasnt for me she would have been long gone said she was then worth about five times more than what he had paid for her.......well that was till she had emptied out a few times :x although she was worth far more to me bless her :wub:
