I agree - you have made a number of posts in the 3 hours or so since vets would have opened, I'd like to hear that you have called.
Yes booked in at 3.45. She seems ok apart from not eating otherwise i would have taken her as an emergency and from reading others experiences the bloody goo coming out is quite normal. Tea spoon full every 1 hr or so

You still need to contact your vet, whether they've seen her before or not. Their advice will be much more reliable, and without wanting to overdramatise, it could also be a matter of life and death.
Shes booked in at 3.45. Seems ok just not eating

No, not 'just not eating' - that AND possible retained placenta, risk of eclampsia and worm burden. But glad you are booked now.

She had temp 103 and got infection gave her jab to expel anything inside

I hope she is eating a little today:)
If you do a search on the internet you can get instructions for making a whelping box yourself:)

I cant change a light bulb never mind make something but i have found a lady selling one locally but 2nd hand made of wood? Is it ok to use 2nd hand
Took bk to vets this morning, still not eating but no discharge and shes much better herself. Still got temp of 103. 2 more injections

You can use a second hand one but make sure it's spotlessly clean. Did you tell the vet about not having wormed her in pregnancy? Your puppies will have worms and will need worming too.

I would give the box a good wash down with dilute jeyes fluid and then wipe down afterwards with clean water:)

wishing mum and pups well, have a look at 'margothedog.com', they sell individual panels to make whelping pens as big as you need..and easy to assemble

Just seen this post - what beautiful photos!
So glad all puppies are ok and that mum is on the mend.

How are you? First litter and ten puppies, you must be exhausted!
